How would “activists” govern? Ms. Clinton and Mr. McCain claim to be early critics of the old Iraq War policy and advocates of new policies. But how would such critics and advocates govern? The Clintons would continue to manipulate the media, pander to the middle class and practice peace at any price; and, you know McCain will try to please the media, trade tax hikes for spending cuts and bluster war-like to ease security concerns. They’ll give terrorists our “Rights” and punish our soldiers for being too diligent. They’ll try to “save the planet” and “fight corporate power” by imposing new Energy regulation, taxation and litigation that, in effect, increases government power. They’ll bring in with them majorities of like minded Senate, House and State Legislators who will implement this agenda; and, they’ll appoint “activist judges” who will up hold an “activist agenda”. With the Clintons, our livelihood, liberty and property rights are “at risk”. And, you know that McCain would govern, just as he legislates, pleasing the left and scorning the right. There is no real difference between them. Our real choice is not in November, it’s NOW ! We need to support a limited government free enterprise conservative who has “business sense”.
