[edit] State Coordinator Priorities:
- Determine geographical regions within each state
- Identify Regional Coordinators within the state
- Train Regional Coordinators on how to identify and recruit County Coordinators
- Take command and responsibility of all subordinate vacant positions until they are filled

- Work to identify County Coordinators for each county
- Train County Coordinators of the GRIP plan
- Communicate with State Coordinator regularly
- Provide assistance to County Coordinator as necessary.

[edit] County Coordinator Priorities:
- Ensure a Meetup site is created
- Obtain a county precinct map
- Enlist volunteers and encourage them to join the County Meetup site
- Study the precinct map. Make a list of each county commission or city council precinct.
- Identify and enlist a volunteer to become a District Coordinator
- Work with each District Coordinator to begin identifying Precinct Captains
- Coordinate activities within the county
- Take command and responsibility of all subordinate vacant positions until they are filled
