[edit] State Coordinator Priorities:

  1. Determine geographical regions within each state
  2. Identify Regional Coordinators within the state
  3. Train Regional Coordinators on how to identify and recruit County Coordinators
  4. Take command and responsibility of all subordinate vacant positions until they are filled

[edit] Regional Coordinators Priorities:

  1. Work to identify County Coordinators for each county
  2. Train County Coordinators of the GRIP plan
  3. Communicate with State Coordinator regularly
  4. Provide assistance to County Coordinator as necessary.
  5. Take command and responsibility of all subordinate vacant positions until they are filled

[edit] County Coordinator Priorities:

  1. Ensure a Meetup site is created
  2. Obtain a county precinct map
  3. Enlist volunteers and encourage them to join the County Meetup site
  4. Study the precinct map. Make a list of each county commission or city council precinct.
  5. Identify and enlist a volunteer to become a District Coordinator
  6. Work with each District Coordinator to begin identifying Precinct Captains
  7. Coordinate activities within the county
  8. Take command and responsibility of all subordinate vacant positions until they are filled

  1. Obtain a county precinct map
  2. Enlist volunteers and encourage them to join the Meetup site
  3. Identify and enlist volunteers to become Precinct Captains
  4. Conduct regular meetings with all volunteers within the district
  5. Take command and responsibility of all subordinate vacant positions until they are filled

  2. Enlist volunteers and encourage to join the Meetup site
  3. Train volunteers on how to conduct campaign activities
  4. Plan & Coordinate Campaign Activities for volunteers in your precinct
