Wyoming uses a caucus system. We will need to volunteer in the Republican Party to become precinct volunteers, and thus elect Ron Paul-supporting delegates to the national convention. And to influence the existing party captains and other leadership to become Ron Paul supporters. And to volunteer to be delegates ourselves.
The way you do this is first find your precinct. Most county clerk websites will have a precinct map for your county. Next, search for vacancies within the county.

please add any other counties as you find them!
If there is a vacancy in your precinct, go to your county chair and request to be appointed for that vacant spot. Once you are appointed you then have the priveledge of voting on Jan. 5th. Good luck!
